DIY Projects To Boost Your Homes Appeal

If you’re like us, being quarantined has given us lots of time to become very familiar with every nook and cranny of your home. Maybe you’re spotting little repairs that you’d like to tackle and areas you haven't yet organized, or you just want to freshen things up while you have the time. With a little bit of planning and the ability to still order supplies online this could be a great time to start checking some of those items off your list. Whether it’s for your own enjoyment or to help get your home into showing shape. 


Here are some recommendations for small improvements with big impacts that can help boost the appeal of your home!

"Cabinetry refresh". Painting old cabinetry and/or swapping out dated drawer pulls or knobs gives the impression of a refreshed space without costing a fortune. It may not seem like much but these little details can create a big impact.
"Storage". Side table image. Ample storage is one of the most desired attributes in a home nowadays. You can get creative with organization by utilizing bins and baskets or finding ways to optimize the use of the nooks and crannies.
"Declutter and deep clean." Clean shelf in a shower. Dirt and clutter give the impression of neglect and lack of care, which are emotions that don't usually sit well with a potential buyer.
